ONE FOR GOOD TAKES ITS FIRST MAJOR STEP INTO THE UNITED STATES AT THE INTERNATIONAL MEHREGAN FESTIVAL 2025 IN LOS ANGELES
Los Angeles, CA — October 12, 2025 —
Under the California sun and within a centuries-old tradition of love, gratitude, and human connection, One for Good marked a defining milestone in its international journey at the International Mehregan Festival 2025, held at Warner Center Park in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles.
Rooted in one of the oldest Iranian cultural celebrations and recognized by UNESCO as part of the world’s cultural heritage, the Mehregan Festival brought together more than 3,000 visitors from across Los Angeles and beyond. The event unfolded as a vibrant crossroads of culture, community, and conscience — a place where art met purpose and heritage met the future.
Within this global gathering, One for Good stood alongside socially engaged non-profit organizations, philanthropic supporters, cultural leaders, and distinguished guests to present its mission and vision for impact. Among the notable figures in attendance was Todd Johnson, CEO of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, underscoring the significance of the moment and the resonance of One for Good’s work within influential civic and business circles.
The Mehregan Festival — organized by the Pouneh Foundation under the leadership of founder Mrs. Simin Tehrani and project director Hamed Tavasoli — provided a powerful platform for international dialogue, cultural exchange, and shared responsibility. With live music, traditional dance, literary performances, and family programming, the festival celebrated not only Iranian heritage but the universal values of generosity, unity, and compassion.
For One for Good, this gathering marked more than participation — it marked arrival.
